Telling him he is going out of town and asking him to act as his attorney "if any question arises between [Charles] Bartlett and [Emerson] in regard to boundary lines"; asking him to warn Mr. Barlett "against burning his woodlot, without having there present a sufficient number of hands to prevent the fire from spreading into [Emerson's] wood."
